Mr. Dill is a graduate of the University of South Florida with 25 years of Program and Project Management experience in the IT, Healthcare Constuction and Finance fields. He is a leading international authority on the design and construction of Healthcare Facilities and Radiopharmaceutical Laboratories, both PET (Positron Emission Tomography) and traditional nuclear laboratories and pharmacies with experience in US FDA ISP 797 and ISO 5 and 8 and has completed projects in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Mr Dill's IT experience started with Burroughs and Unisys and has progressed with the industry. His construction experience began with his own firm and progressed to include ownership of architectural and engineering firms and specialization in the healthcare that has continued to this day. His finance experience began with his graduation from college and continued with experience in the mortgage banking, real estate sales and leasing, stocks and bonds investments and successful corporate start up and ownership management.  

Mr. Dill is a PMP (Project Management Professional) and a Certified General Contractor (Florida) with reciprocating licensure in 44 of the United States.
